It’s a wrap

It was a full house at the Hannaford Hall at the University of Southern Maine for The Blue Wrap Project Runway. The event, which took place April 26, was a fundraiser for Partners for World Health, a Scarborough-based organization that collects and distributes discarded medical supplies to medical facilities in third-world countries. All the fashion items in the show were made of blue wrap, the nonrecyclable material that sterilizes surgical supplies.
