April 16

Shane Broad McAlister, 24, a transient, was arrested on warrants from two other agencies at 1:17 a.m. on Sea Rose Lane. He was charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license (non-OUI, second offense or more); refusing to submit to arrest or detention; refusing to stop; operating under the influence of alcohol (refusing to take test); and theft by unauthorized use of property (motor vehicle theft, joyriding with two priors). He was again arrested at 1:33 a.m. on Pillsbury Drive and charged with the same offenses.

Garret David Labonte, 32, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on warrants from two other agencies at 1:51 p.m. on Driftwood Lane.

David Bourque, 35, of South Portland, was arrested at the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Pleasant Hill Road at 10:19 p.m. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (.08 percent or more blood alcohol content).

April 18

Katharine Rebecca Johnston, 28, of Saco, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 2:37 a.m. near Pine Point Road and Snow Canning Road for operating under the influence (.08 percent or more blood alcohol content) and violating bail condition of release.

Nolan Petrin, 21, of Dayton, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 10:18 a.m. on Route 1 for possessing a usable amount of marijuana.

Kevin Allen Royer, 18, of Scarborough, was arrested at 7:24 p.m. on Twilight Drive. He was charged with two counts of assault on a police officer, assault (causing bodily injury or offensive contact), refusing to submit to arrest or detention (using physical force on law enforcement officer), violating bail condition of release and criminal mischief (damaging or destroying property of another).

April 19

June Harkins, 39, of Portland, was issued a summons at 10:19 a.m. on Route 1 for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (taking or obtaining property of another).

Karyn Kundishora, 29, of Gorham, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop at 5:13 p.m. near Highland Avenue and Pleasant Hill Road. She was charged with violating a protective order (abuse order), violating bail condition of release and unlawful possession of a scheduled W drug.

Bradford Lacy, 40, of Gorham, was also arrested during the motor vehicle stop. He was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol (.08 percent or more blood alcohol content with two prior offenses in last 10 years) and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license for OUI and unlawful possession of a scheduled Z drug.

Shannon Duplessie, 38, of Caribou, was issued a summons at 10:48 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (taking or obtaining property of another).
