July 28

Patricia A. Williams, 41, of Rhonda Drive in Scarborough, was issued a summons at 4:05 p.m. on Rhonda Drive for disorderly conduct (private noise heard in public after warning by a law enforcement officer).

July 29

Adam M. Phillipo, 32, of Alfred Road in Alfred, was arrested on the warrant of another agency at 6:18 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard. He was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (value $1,001 to $10,000). Heather M. Lewis, 24, of Ledgewood Terrace in Saco, was also arrested on the warrant of another agency and charged with operating a vehicle without a license.

Daniel Robert Ballard, 46, of Higgins Street in Scarborough, was arrested at 9:41 p.m. near Black Point Road and Route 1. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (.08 blood alcohol content, second or more priors in last 10 years), aggravated habitual traffic offender (with two prior habitual offender convictions) and attaching false plates.

July 30

Corey J. Mowatt, 34, of Boothby Road in Limerick, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 9:12 a.m. near County Road and Gorham Road for operating when suspended or revoked (non-OUI suspension, second or more offense).

Brian C. Irish, 28, of Woodridge Drive in Standish, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 10:30 a.m. on County Road for operating when suspended or revoked (non-OUI suspension).

Heather M. Giroux, 29, of Canterbury Pines Drive in Gorham, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 11:52 a.m. near Gorham Road and Saco Street for operating when suspended or revoked (non-OUI suspension).

Deven Howard, 20, of History Lane in Hollis, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 2:13 p.m. on County Road for operating when suspended or revoked (non-OUI suspension).

Joseph F. Kittrell, 57, of Pinhook Road in Bridgton, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop at 11:16 p.m. on Payne Road. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle after a habitual traffic offender revocation (with one prior conviction for habitual offender or OUI) and violating bail conditions of release.

July 31

Jonathan A. Loveitt, 32, of State Street in Gorham, was arrested at the scene of a motor vehicle accident at 5:07 a.m. near Broadturn Road and Ash Swamp Road. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (.08 percent blood alcohol content or more) and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident (failure to attempt to notify property damage owner).

Christine M. Stilphen, 29, of Lassell Street in Portland, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 12:43 p.m. on Route 1 for displaying a fictitious vehicle inspection sticker.

A juvenile, 17, was issued a summons at 1:35 p.m. on Payne Road for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer of a firearm or explosive.

Robert L. Stilphen, 29, of Henderson Lane in Milford, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 5:33 p.m. on Route 1 for operating when suspended or revoked (non-OUI suspension, second or more offense).

A juvenile, 13, was issued a summons at 7:25 p.m. on Scarborough Downs Road for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Aug. 2

Neil M. Brochu, 26, of Middle Road in Falmouth, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop at 1:07 a.m. on Route 1 for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Gregory P. Hugill, 25, of Summerfield Lane in Scarborough, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 9:20 a.m. on Route 1 for operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended or revoked for OUI.

Sharon A. Sharples, 65, of Bowdoinham, was issued a summons at the scene of a motor vehicle accident at 2:56 p.m. near County Road and Gorham Road for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident (failure to attempt to notify property damage owner), failure to give information to officer at a reportable motor vehicle accident scene and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

A juvenile, 16, was issued a summons at 3:29 p.m. on Route 1 for possession of tobacco products by a minor.
