Sept. 11 Albert Tremblay, 64, of Conway, N.H., was issued a summons at 8 p.m. on Route 1 for operating a vehicle without a license.

Sept.12 Glen Ryan Plourde, 44, of Old Orchard Road in Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons at 9:39 a.m. on Black Point Road for operating when suspended or revoked (with prior operating after suspension for OUI offense).

Sept. 14 Joshua C. Bonney, 18, of Portland Avenue in Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons at 2:32 p.m. on Route 1 for operating while suspended or revoked (with priors). Julie E. Lawson, 27, of India Street in Portland, was arrested at 4:39 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting). A juvenile, 16, was issued a summons at 5:54 p.m. for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (taking or obtaining the property of another).

Sept. 16 A juvenile, 16, was issued a summons at 4:44 p.m. on Cumberland Way for the sale or use of drug paraphernalia (uses to cultivate, make, traffic or ingest drugs. Hirja Ugas, 20, of Danforth Street in Portland, was issued a summons at 5:55 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

Sept. 18 Gage Hay Toohey, 18, of Oceanview Road in Scaroborough was arrested at 6:58 a.m. near Pine Point Road and Pine Ledge Drive for passing a stopped school bus and violating bail conditions of release. A juvenile, 16, was issued a summons at 5:39 p.m. on Twilight Drive for criminal mischief (damage or destroy property of another). Alana J. Bonville, 18, of Main Street in

South Portland, was issued a summons at 8:03 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

Sept. 20 Julie A. Ramsey, 35, of Storer Street in Saco, was arrested at 1:29 a.m. near Route 1 and Scarborough Downs for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Sept. 21 William Powers, 37, of Epping, N.H., was arrested at 9:56 p.m. near Route 1 and Campus Drive for operating a motor vehicle with under the influence of alcohol. Michelle A. Prescott, 46, of Stillman Street in South Portland, was arrested at 11: 30 p.m. near Black Point Road and Eastern Road for operating a motor vehicle with under the influence of alcohol.

Sept. 22 Michael H. Chace, 46, of Shorthill Farms Road in Buxton, was arrested at 2:07 a.m. near County Road and Sawmill Lane for operating a motor vehicle with under the influence of alcohol. Anthony Green, 26, of Francis Street in Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at 2:38 a.m. on Route 1 for operating a motor vehicle with under the influence of alcohol.

Sept. 23 Edward L. Burrage, 45, of Isabelle Lane in Saco, was arrested at 1:28 a.m. near Route 1 and Pine Point Road for violating conditions of release (for crime punishable by one year ore more sentence). Hien V. Truong, 39, of Kapaa, Hawaii, was arrested on a Westbrook Police warrant at 3:33 a.m. on Payne Road and was charged with operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended or revoked (for failure to appear, first offense) and violating bail condition of release.

Tonya M. Parsons, 32, of Timber Ridge in Arundel, was issued a summons at 9:12 a.m. on Holmes Road for operating when suspended or revoked (non- OUI suspension, second or more offense).

Sept. 25 Chelsea McLain, 23, of

Devon Street in Portland, was arrested at 8:48 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

Sept. 26 Adam D. Vinson, 33, of Dresser Road in Scarborough, was issued a summons at 10:27 a.m. on Saccarrappa Lane for operating when suspended or

revoked (non-OUI suspension, with priors). Nantz J. Comyns, 56, of Liberty Bell Lane in Scarborough, was issued a summons at 3:50 p.m. on Payne Road for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

Sept. 28 Robert J. Hunt, 47, of

Ossippee Trail in Standish, was issued a summons at 6:19 a.m. on Payne Road for operating while license is suspended or revoked (first offense).

Sept. 29 Stephen T. Williams, 18, of Running Hill Road in Scarborough, was issued a summons at 2:21 a.m. on Municipal

Drive for possession of an usable amount of marijuana.

Sept. 30 A juvenile, 17, was issued a summons at 2:13 a.m. on King Street for burglary (enters or remains to commit a crime), two counts of criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (taking or obtaining

property of another). Alexander Dominick Jacipino, 21, of Canaan, Conn., was issued a summons for criminal conspiracy (to commit a Class C crime). Benjamin Louis Osborn, 23, of Falls Village, Conn., was also issued a summons for criminal conspiracy (to commit a Class C crime).
