MBDA concert band festival, 2 to 8:30 p.m., Scarborough High School auditorium. Twenty-four high school and middle school bands perform throughout two-day event.

Historical society meeting, 7:30 p.m., 647 Route 1, Scarborough. Free to public. Donations welcome. Featured speaker will be Rodney Laughton, president of Scarborough Lions Club.
