June 9

Nicholas William Birkemose, 25, of Glenwood Avenue in Saco, was arrested on the warrant from another agency at 1:08 a.m. on Pine Point Road and charged with violation of probation or parole and trafficking in dangerous knives.

John C. Pieper, 30, of Gorham Road in Scarborough, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on Hannaford Drive for criminal trespass (enters in defiance of lawful order).

June 10

Keith A. Doyon, 31, of Huntley Drive in Scarborough, was arrested on the warrant of another agency during a motor vehicle stop at 5:27 p.m. near Highland Avenue and Ole Musket Road.

June 11

Alicia A. Chick, 31, of Valley Street in Portland, was arrested at 4:28 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (with two priors).

Jesse L. Allen, 26, of Cottage Road in Windham, was arrested on the warrant of another agency during a motor vehicle stop at 5:13 p.m. near Haigis Parkway and Payne Road and was charged with violating bail conditions of release and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration (or allowing operation).

June 12

Nicolas M. Mercer, 18, of Clearview Drive in Scarborough, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 1:15 a.m. near Route 1 and Pleasant Hill Road for operating a motor vehicle without a license (violate license condition or restriction).

Jonathan D. Neptune, 18, of Black Point Road in Scarborough, was issued a summons at 12:58 p.m. on Municipal Drive for criminal use of a noxious substance.

Shawn A. Allen, 34, of South Street in Biddeford, was arrested on the warrant of the Old Orchard Police Department during a motor vehicle stop at 9:47 p.m. near East Grand Avenue and Longwave Place and was charged with possession of a usable amount of marijuana. Shawn D. Trout, 22, of Woodman Avenue in Saco, was also arrested and was charged with two counts of unlawful possession of oxycodone, four counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and the sale or use of drug paraphernalia (possess to cultivate, make, traffic or ingest drug).

Ryen T. O’Connor, 25, of Waterford, was arrested at 10:39 p.m. at the scene of a motor vehicle accident and was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence (causing injury); operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended or revoked; aggravated driving to endanger (causes bodily injury); failure to provide correct name, address, or date of birth and unlawful furnishing of a Schedule Z drug.
