Jan. 11

Michael E. Bisson, 39, of Portland, was arrested on a warrant from another agency at 4:41 a.m. on Broadturn Road.

Emily A. Paulin, 18, of Paulin Drive in Gorham, was issued summonses at 6:06 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard for two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting). A juvenile, 17, was also charged with two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

Jan. 14

Clinton Drake III, 39, of Smithwheel Road in Old Orchard Beach, was issued summonses during a motor vehicle stop at 2:19 p.m. on the I-295 spur for operating a motor vehicle after a habitual offender revocation (with two priors habitual offender or OUI offenses), violating bail conditions of release and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug (heroin).

Jan. 16

Michael E. Bisson, 39, of Portland, was arrested at 11:55 a.m. on Broadturn Road for criminal threatening (causes fear of bodily injury — misdemeanor) and disorderly conduct (private noise heard in public after warning by law enforcement officer).

Saquan Coggins, 27, of Hanover Street in Portland, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 6:47 p.m. on Route 1 for operating a motor vehicle when suspended or revoked (non-OUI suspension, with priors).

Jan. 17

Kayla R. Thibodeau, 24, of 1390 Forest Avenue in Portland, was arrested on a warrant of another agency during a motor vehicle stop at 1:32 p.m. on Running Hill Road. Scott D. Nason, of East Baldwin, was issued a summons for failing to obtain a drivers license (resident 90 or more days).

A juvenile, 15, was arrested at 3:41 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting). Another juvenile, 16, was also charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

Jan. 18

Jeremy P.B. Carter, 23, of Broadturn Road in Scarborough, was issued a summons at the scene of a motor vehicle accident at 6:18 p.m. on Holmes Road for sale of use of drug paraphernalia (possess to cultivate, make, traffic or ingest drug).

Jan. 19

Richard L. Hagan, 35, of Clover Leaf Lane in Scarborough, was arrested at 10:44 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence (alcohol); violating bail condition of release; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force and operating a motor vehicle after a habitual offender revocation.
