Devawna K. Stokes, 20, of Pitts Street in South Portland, was issued a summons at 2:24 p.m. on Hannaford Drive for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

Steven E. Hubble, 29, of Holmes Road in Scarborough, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop at 10:17 a.m. on Holmes Road for operating when suspended or revoked (non-OUI suspension, with priors).

Marc L. Williams, 44, of Hill Road in Lyman, was arrested on two warrants from another agency at 1:37 a.m. on Main Street in South Portland.

Lucas P. McKenna, 21, of Main Street in Shapleigh, was issued a summons at 11:03 a.m. on Gallery Boulevard for theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property (failure to try to return).

John J. Richardson Jr., 29, of Dearborn Street in Westbrook, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 9:20 p.m. on Route 1 for operating when license is suspended or revoked (three priors).

Carrie A. Richards, 47, of Broadturn Road in Scarborough, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. on Gallery Boulevard for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (take or obtain property of another).

A juvenile, 17, of Scarborough, was arrested at 5:07 p.m. on Twilight Drive for criminal mischief (damage or destroy property of another).

Christopher R. Monaghan, 30, of Emerson Drive in Windham, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 11:30 a.m. on Mussey Road for operating when suspended or revoked (non-OUI suspension, second or more offense).

Michael A. Sawyer, 53, of Track View Terrance in Scarborough, was issued a summons at Track View Terrance for cultivating marijuana (six to 99 plants).

Colleen M. Schelling, 39, of Huntress Avenue in Westbrook, was issued a summons at the scene of a motor vehicle accident at 2:30 p.m. on Payne Road for failing to give motor vehicle accident information (to owner or operator of unattended vehicle).

Kevin Louis Klodzinski, 37, of Hearn Road in Scarborough, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 6:21 p.m. near Roundwood Drive and Payne Road for operating while license is suspended or revoked (for failure to appear, first offense).

Korey Kittrell Barnes, 35, of Wainwright Circle in South Portland, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 9:19 a.m. on Running Hill Road for operating after habitual offender revocation and littering from a motor vehicle.

Nicolette E. Armenti, 23, of North Street in Saco, was arrested at the scene of a motor vehicle accident at 5:43 p.m. near Payne Road and Route 1 for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence (drugs or combo) and violating bail conditions of release.

Melissa A. Frank, 44, of Fox Street in Portland, was issued a summons at 12:28 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard for theft by deception (value less than $500).

George D. Dube, 42, of Roundwood Drive in Scarborough, was arrested at 1:16 p.m. on Foxcroft Drive for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (take or obtain property of another).

Richard Stephen Porensky, 37, of Hearn Road in Scarborough, was arrested on a Scarborough warrant. He was charged with operating with a suspended registration (allowing operation), carrying a concealed weapon and violating condition of release (for a crime punishable by a one year or more sentence).

Russell L. Bearor, 48, of Main Street in Waterboro, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 5:04 p.m. near Haigis Parkway and Payne Road for failure to register motor vehicle.

Robert J. Keoskie, 41, of Hanson Lane in Hollis, was arrested on a warrant from another agency during a motor vehicle stop at 8:05 p.m. near Spring Street and Gallery Boulevard. He was charged with aggravated habitual offender (with two prior convictions).
