May 12

Kathleen McCrea Evans, 31, of Goudy Street in South Portland, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 2:11 p.m. near Payne Road and Ginn Road for failure to register a motor vehicle more than 150 days.

Kellen S. Adams, 33, of Running Hill Road in Scarborough, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 5:56 p.m. on Running Hill Road for operating when suspended or revoked (non-OUI suspension, second or more offense).

Shannon M. Beote, 18, of Red Oak Drive in South Port- land, was issued a summons at 8 p.m. on Payne Road for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting). Caleb John Demmons, 19, of Running Hill Road in Scarborough, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

May 13

Patricia Sukeforth, 39, of Rochester Street in Westbrook, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. on Gallery Boulevard for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Paula J. Gaillard, 48, of W. Valentine in Westbrook, was issued a summons at 1:29 p.m. on Payne Road for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

May 14

Lauren E. Whitesell, 23, of Gove Street in Biddeford, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop at 2:05 a.m. near Black Point Road and Winnocks Neck Road for operating while under the influence (alcohol).

May 15

Roger McMunn, 38, of Main Street in South Portland, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop at 1:31 a.m. on Main Street for criminal speeding (30 mph or more over the speed limit), operating without a license and operating while under the influence (refused test).

Daniel Jay Lydon, 36, of Highland Avenue in South Portland, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 8:53 a.m. on Route 1 for failure to register a motor vehicle (expired 150 or more days).

Dana V. Tice, 57, of Paris Hill Road in South Paris, was issued a summons at 5:16 p.m. on Cabela Boulevard for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting) and theft by deception (value of greater than $1,000, but less than $10,000).
