Antinette J. Frank, 31, of Rainbow Avenue in South Portland, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 9:38 a.m. near Foxcroft Drive and Route 1 for operating when suspended or revoked (non-OUI suspension, second or more offense).

Peter B. Paskewicz, 32, of Grandpa’s Village in Windham, was issued a summons at 2:31 p.m. on Pine Point Road for criminal trespassing (causes fear of bodily injury, misdemeanor).

Oct. 21

Craig C. Irish, 58, of Sebago, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 8:11 p.m. near Gorham Road and Chisholm Trail for operating while license is suspended or revoked (for failure to appear, first offense).

Oct. 22

Brandon M. Bushey, 19, of Steep Falls, was arrested at 2:56 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting) and violating bail condition of release.

Tyler F. Carey, 22, of Broadway in South Portland, was issued a summons for criminal trespassing (damage or destroy property of another).

Lisa J. Pettis, 26, of Conway, New Hampshire, was issued a summons at 8:28 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard for theft by deception (value less than $500).

Oct. 23

Melissa M. Norton, 39, of Littlefield Lane in Hollis Center, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 7:34 a.m. on Route 1 for passing a stopped school bus.

Kathryn L. Caiazzo, 39, of Allen Avenue in Portland, was issued a summons at 3:14 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

Michael Thurston Jr., 19, of Harbor Street in Portland, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 8:19 p.m. near Route 1 and Hillcrest Avenue for posses- sion of marijuana (usable amount).

Oct. 24

A juvenile, 13, of Westbrook, was issued a summons at 12:58 p.m. on Payne Road for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting). A juvenile, 13, of Portland, a juvenile, 16 of Westbrook and a juvenile, 13, of Westbrook were also issued summonses for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

Jacie L. Wilcox, 18, of Kardia Drive in Windham, was issued a summons at 6:09 p.m. on Payne Road for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

Oct. 25

A juvenile, 15, of Scarborough, was issued a summons at 3 a.m. on Route 1 for being a minor consuming alcohol.

David Matthew Mailly, 50, of Portland, was arrested at 2:22 p.m. on Payne Road for theft and charged with unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting). Darrell Stephon Nelson, 27, of Portland, was also arrested and charged with or theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

Charles Nathaniel Anderson, 38, of Tramway Lane in Westbrook, was issued summonses during a motor vehicle stop at 9:59 p.m. near Route 1 and Scarborough Downs Drive for operating a vehicle without a license and attaching false plates.

Oct. 27

Susan T. Legge, 56, of Palm Beach, Florida, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 2:25 p.m. on Route 1 for operating after habitual offender revocation (no prior habitual offender or OUI).

Elizabeth M. Nappi, 26, of Prospect Street in Biddeford, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 3:03 p.m. on Route 1 for operating after suspension with prior suspension not for OUI.

Adam J. Sanborn, 23, of Parker Farm Road in Buxton, was arrested on a warrant of another agency at 3:08 a.m. on County Road.

Marilyn E. Kourinos, 68, of Payson Road in Falmouth, was issued a summons at 1:26 p.m. on Payne Road for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

Christopher McKenney, 61, of Village Green Drive in Saco, was arrested at 4:38 p.m. near Pleasant Hill Road and Route1 for operating while under the influence of alcohol (one prior) and violating bail condition of release.

Patricia Hopkins, 61, of Coach Road in South Portland, was issued a summons at 4:24 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting) and operating when suspended or revoked (non-OUI suspension, with priors).

Oct. 30

Brayden M. Costa, 18, of William Avenue in Saco, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 10:11 a.m. near Holmes Road and Carter Brook Drive for criminal speeding, 30 mph or more over speed limit.

Matthew John Vandyke, 30, of Lewis Avenue in Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at 10:36 p.m. near Ross Road and Pine Point Road for operating while under the influence (alcohol).

Ernest A. Orodi, 34, of Maple Avenue in Scarborough, was arrested at 11:08 p.m. near Maple Avenue and Laidlaw Lane for operating while under the influence (alcohol).

Lemuel D. Eaves, 45, of Yvonne Street in Sanford, was issued a summons at 1:37 p.m. on King Street for failing to disclose carry of concealed firearm.

Ralph A. Miro, 20, of Old Blue Point Road in Scarborough, was arrested at 3:06 a.m. on Route 1 for disorderly conduct (offensive words, gestures, contact in a public or private place). Justin Farris, 20, of River Road in Limington, was arrested for operating while under the influence (alcohol).

Nov. 2

Regina E. Davis, 43, of Main Street in Westbrook, was arrested at 4:02 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (value $1,001 to $10,000). Samantha J. Geisinger, 25, of Main Street in Westbrook, was also arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (value $1,001 to $10,000).

Dinh Vanhu, 62, of Capisic Street in Portland, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 5:41 p.m. on Pine Point Road and Eastern Road for failure to register vehicle (expired 150 or more days).

John M. Charpentier, 48, of Commercial Street in Portland, was arrested at 6:11 a.m. on Running Tide Drive and charged with aggravated assault (with extreme indifference to human life) and violating bail condition of release.

Diana L. Michaud, 51, of Dunstan Landing Road in Scarborough, was arrested at 10:24 p.m. on Route 1 and Milliken Road and charged with operating while under the influence (alcohol).

Dylan J. Messer, 19, of Lacey Lane in Buxton, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 9:10 a.m. on Holmes Road for operating when suspended or revoked (non-OUI suspension, with priors).

Eliza M. Pierce, 37, of Higgins Street in Scarborough, was arrested at 12:34 p.m. on Higgins Street and charged with violating protective order (of Maine).

Thomas G. Deredin, 20, of North Street in Gorham, was issued a summons at 3:08 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

Yolanda K. Cherubin, 56, of Nutter Way in Scarborough, was issued a summons at 3:38 p.m. on Black Point Road for passing a stopped school bus.

Johanna R.M. De Jong, 35, of Castlerock Drive in Cumberland, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop at 10:35 p.m. on Route 1 and charged with operating while under the influence (alcohol).

Michael S. Wildes, 40, of Sunset Drive in Standish, was arrested on a warrant from another agency at 9:36 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard and was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (has two priors), violating condition of release (for crime punishable by one year or more sentence), criminal trespass (enter in defiance of lawful order) and operating while license is suspended or revoked (failure to appear, first offense). Crystale L. Castro, 39, of Sunset Drive in Standish, was also arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (has two priors), violating condition of release (for crime punishable by one year or more sentence), criminal trespass (enter in defiance of lawful order), unlawful possession of Scheduled Y drug and trafficking in prison contraband (attempt. Convey contraband to prisoner).

Nov. 8

John Ramsey, 42, of Porter Settlement Road in Houlton, was issued a summons at 1:26 p.m. on Roundabout Drive for allowing dog to be at large and keeping a dangerous dog.

Shannon E. Howe, 28, of Northeast Road in Standish, was issued summonses during a motor vehicle stop at 10:39 p.m. near Maple Avenue and Gorham Road for operating without a license and failure to register a motor vehicle (expired 150 or more days).

Nov. 9

Yvonne L. Brady, 43, of 98 Four Winds Road in Portland, was issued a summons at 1:58 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

Alexis TM McAuliffe McIlwain, 20, of Mona Road in Portland, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 9:01 p.m. near Spring Street and Gallery Boulevard for operating while license is suspended or revoked.

Nov. 10

Rudy A. Clark, 32, of Saint John’s Street in Portland, was arrested on a warrant from another agency during a motor vehicle stop at 8:48 a.m. near Gorham Road and Running Hill Road. He was charged with operating after suspension.

Stephen R. Fortier, 29, of Gove Street in Biddeford, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 1:42 p.m. near Route 1 and Payne Road for operating after suspension.
