Sept. 20

A juvenile, 17, of Scarborough, was issued summonses at 9:51 a.m. on County Road for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and being a minor transporting alcohol.

Sept. 22

John C. Forbis, 49, of Grant Street in Portland, was arrested on two warrant from other agencies at 5:55 p.m. on Route 701 South and was charged with operating while under the influence (drugs or combo, no test with two priors), failure to give correct name, address or date of birth (for criminal violation) and operating when suspended or revoked (with three or more operating after suspensions for OUI).

Sept. 25

Keith A. Bernard, 33, of Prescott Street in Sanford, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. on Holmes Road and was charged with violating bail condition of release.

Sept. 26

Jake Fairweather, 20, of Lyman, was issued a summons at the scene of a motor vehicle accident t 12:21 p.m. on Griffin Road for operating when suspended or revoked (non-OUI suspension, with priors).

Sept. 27

Anna M. Broad, 52, of Route 1 in Scarborough, was arrested on a warrant of another agency during a motor vehicle stop at 11:30 a.m. on Beech Ridge Road and was charged with unlawful possession of a Scheduled Z drug.

Jennifer L. Lunt, 38, of Gray, was arrested at 4:22 p.m. near Pine Point Road and Dunstan Landing Road and was charged with operating while under the influence (drugs or combo).

Sept. 28

Joshua Tozier, 30, of Canton Point Road in Canton, was arrested on a warrant from another agency at 1:32 a.m. on Cabela Boulevard.

Tia C. Coppola, 28, of Campground Road in Arundel, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 7:31 a.m. near Route 1 and Southgate Road for failure to register a motor vehicle (expired 150 or more days).

Michael Everett Lane Jr., 28, of Gorham Road in Scarborough, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop at 9:25 a.m. on Black Point Road and was charged with operating when suspended or revoked (prior OUI offense) and violating condition of release (for crime punishable by one year or more sentence).

McKenzie J. Bray, 20, of Marginal Way in Portland, was arrested on a warrant of another agency at 5:50 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard and was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

Brian J. Heath, 38, of East Bridge Street in Westbrook, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop at 9:58 a.m. on County Road for operating when suspended or revoked (non- OUI suspension, with priors).

Sept. 30

Jason Armondo Sanchez, 25, of Hill Street in Biddeford, was arrested at the scene of a motor vehicle accident at 1:19 a.m. near Route 1 and Queens Drive and was charged with operating after suspension, driving to endanger (property, person, passenger or self), failing to make an oral or written accident report (within time required), violating bail condition of release, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and violation of probation.

Dylan N. Knight, 30, of Main Street in Windham, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 8:59 a.m. on Beech Ridge Road for failure to register a vehicle (expired 150 or more days).

Oct. 1

Taryn L. Libby, 29, of Haines Meadow Road in Buxton, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop at 1:42 p.m. on Mussey Road and was charged with failure to register a vehicle (expired 150 or more days), refusing to sign a uniform summons and complaint or violation summons and complaint, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (using physical force on law enforcement officer and assaulting on officer.

Luke R. Johnson, 20, of Middle Street in Saco, was issued a summons at 8:19 p.m. near Route 1 and Gorham Road for operating while under the influence (drugs or combo) and possession of marijuana (usable amount).

Michael Travis Wilson, 28, of Vine Street in Biddeford, was arrested at the scene of a motor vehicle accident at 8:52 p.m. near Payne Road and Gorham Road and was charged with operating while under the influence (drugs or combo, no test, with one prior offense).

Oct. 2

Rachel S. Monegue, 20, of C Street in Portland, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 1:41 a.m. near Route 1 and Bessey School Drive for operating while license is suspended or revoked.

Oct. 3

Jonathan G. Aube, 31, of Cherry Hill Road in Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons at 10:17 a.m. on Gallery Boulevard for theft by deception (value less than $500).

Oct. 4

Emillee Jane Mickeriz, 20, of Hill Street in Saco, was issued summonses during a motor vehicle stop at 10:50 a.m. near Route 1 and Payne Road for attaching false plates and displaying fictitious vehicle inspection certificate.

Sandra L. Horton, 76, of Portland Avenue in Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on a warrant from another agency during a motor vehicle stop at 11:50 a.m. near Route 1 and Church Street.

Oct. 5

Mary L. Taylor, 50, of School Street in Saco, was issued summonses during a motor vehicle stop at 1:53 p.m. on Payne Road for operating after habitual offender revocation (no prior habitual offender or OUI offense) and attaching false plates.

Oct. 6

Christopher M. Rich, 42, of Bear Pine Drive in Casco, was arrested on two warrant from other agencies during a motor vehicle stop at 6:09 a.m. on Route 701 north.

Michael J. St. Cyr, 30, of North Street in Saco, was arrested and charged with operating when suspended or revoked (non-OUI offense, with priors).

Linda L. Rideout, 63, of Marston Road in Richmond, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 1:17 p.m. on Payne Road for operating while license is suspended or revoked (failure to provide medical or dental evaluation).

Oct. 8

Brenda Jean Richardson, 38, of Route 1 in Scarborough, was arrested on a Scarborough warrant during a motor vehicle stop at 7:24 a.m. on Foley Farm Road and was charged with operating while license is suspended or revoked (for failure to appear, fifth offense).

Dylan Brofee, 18, of Limington, was issued summonses at 1:41 p.m. on Old Neck Road for aggravated criminal mischief (property value more than $2,000) and theft by unauthorized use of property (motor vehicle theft, joyriding).
