Oct. 23

Alyssa J. Freeman, 21, of Free Street in South Portland, was arrested at the scene of a motor vehicle accident at 11:18 a.m. on Route 1 and was charged with violating bail condition of release.

Oct. 24

Michael W. Lewis, 47, of Route 1 in Scarborough, was arrested on a warrant from another agency at 4:07 a.m. on Route 1.

Oct. 26

Kayla J. Webb, 27, of Elm Street in Old Orchard Beach, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop at 7:02 a.m. near Route 1 and Sawyer Road and was charged with two counts of operating when suspended or revoked (non-OUI suspension, with priors) and failure to register a motor vehicle (expired 150 or more days).

Oct. 27

Thomas A. Annis, 52, of Main Street in Westbrook, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 10:23 a.m. near Higgins Creek Road and Ocean Avenue for operating while license is suspended or revoked (for failure to appear, first offense).

Doreen Lynn Harmon, 58, of Freemont Avenue in East Baldwin, was issued a summons at 3:36 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (take or obtain property of another). Bruce S. Harmon, 53, also of Freemont Avenue in East Baldwin, was issued a summons for criminal attempt (to commit Class D or E crime).

Michael Hassapelis, 53, of Juneberry Lane in Scarborough, was issued a summons at 9:50 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

Oct. 28

Patrick J. Dyer, 36, of Route 1 in Scarborough, was arrested on a warrant of another agency at 1:10 a.m. on Payne Road.

Timothy C. Sturtevant, 28, of Mountfort Street in Portland, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 1:47 p.m. on Route 1 for operating with suspended registration (or allowing operation).

Ryan D. Lefebvre, 40, of Saco Avenue in Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at 10:39 a.m. near Stonebrooke Road and Broadturn Road and was charged with two counts of violating bail condition of release, operating when suspended or revoked (non-OUI suspension, second or more offense) and attaching false plates.
