Caleb C. Cairns, 18, of Rising Tide Drive in Scarborough, was issued summonses at the scene of a motor vehicle accident at 2:32 a.m. for operating while license is suspended or revoked (for failure to appear, first offense) and violating bail condition of release.

Brittany L. Rogers, 25, of Plowman Road in Gorham, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 10:08 a.m. on Maine Mall Road in South Portland for operating when suspended or revoked (non-OUI suspension, with priors).

Cassandra L. Gasbarro, 30, of School Street in Saco, was issued a summons at 7:41 p.m. on Route 1 for operating while under the influence (drugs or combo).

Nov. 1

Massengo Oyandza, 23, of State Street in Portland, was arrested on a warrant of another agency at 2:38 a.m. on Manson Libby Road.

Jo Manuel Joaquim, 23, of Marginal Way in Portland, was arrested on two warrants from other agencies during a motor vehicle stop at 6:44 a.m. on Route 1.

James T. Kavanagh, 57, of King Street in Scarborough, was issued summonses during a motor vehicle stop at 11:44 a.m. on Pine Point Road for failure to register a motor vehicle (expired 150 or more days) and operating vehicle without license (expired more than 90 days).

Nov. 4

Jasmine M. Salamacha, 21, of Ridgewood Drive in Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on a warrant from another agency during a motor vehicle stop near Route 1 and Lucky Lane.

Carlos Daaboul, 39, of Arlington, Massachusetts was arrested on two warrants from other agencies at 6:27 p.m. on Ginn Road.

Crystal M. Carpentier, 33, of Route 1 in Scarborough, was arrested at 2:37 p.m. on Route 1 and was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (has two priors).

Stephanie L. Mask, 41, of Cliff Avenue in Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons at 9:06 a.m. for operating after suspension.

Nov. 8

Kimberly A. Paradise, 37, of Station Lane in Windham, was issued a summons at 9:20 p.m. for failure to register a motor vehicle (expired 150 or more days).

Nov. 9

David C. Arnot, 34, of 15 Robinson Street in South Portland, was issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop at 7:35 a.m. on Portland Farms Road and for failure to register a vehicle (expired 150 or more days).
