Scout leaders

Scarborough Cub Scout Pack 47, Wolf Dens 7 and 8 challenged each other to collect non-perishable food items for the Scarborough food pantry. They collected more than 550 items as well as $100 in Hannaford gift cards and cash. The scouts each came up with different approaches, ranging from door-to-door collections, donation stands, hot-chocolate sales, returnable collection and social media posts. The project is part of their Council Fire Requirement to earn their Wolf Rank, that focuses on community involvement, education and civic duty. Included in the photo are Matt Driscoll, Calin Driscoll, Michael Winchenbach, Lucas Turner, River Louten, Wayne Keller, Cameron Keller, Nicholas Walker, Gavin Laflin, Talin Dembski, Michael Updike, Henry Sheil, Liam O’Brien, Colin Gondolofo, Alek Howland, Zach Wolfgram, John Wolfgram and Finn Curtis.
